This position will be based out of the Corporate Centre in Merrillville, IN daily. Department hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST, but having schedule flexibility to needed.

Summary: Works to build relationships with hiring managers to identify talent that supports the Bank’s strategic plans, and perpetuates the culture of fun, ambassadorship, and the Centier image. Plans and implements recruiting and hiring strategies that drive quality-of-hire, time to fill, and provide an extraordinary candidate and hiring experience. Flexibility, recruiting vision, social recruitment strategy, business acumen, personal organization, and the ability to succeed in a collaborative team are required. Support culture retention by serving as a consultant to associates and managers on Human Resources related needs. Build and maintain relationships - act as the associate champion and change agent for the business units.
