As an employment Specialist you will:

• Help people find the right jobs in Chippewa County and the surrounding communities.


• Develop relationships with businesses in the community.


• Provide support to consumers to allow them to be successful in their new jobs.


• Concentrate on an individual’s abilities rather than a possible disability.


• Get to make a difference in the community by helping place consumers in jobs that they are excited to start.

• Hourly wage of $19.00 an hour

This is a part time position working about 25 hours a week. This position will turn into a full time role as your caseload grows.  

Qualifications

A degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Vocational Rehabilitation or another human services field.

Experience working with job seekers of various abilities is a plus.
