What You’ll Do:

• Be a Career Matchmaker: Connect adults with disabilities to their dream jobs by building relationships with local employers and uncovering exciting job opportunities.

• Coach Like a Pro: Provide hands-on job coaching, teaching workplace skills, boosting confidence, and helping participants thrive in their roles.

• Empower Independence: Support participants in mastering hard and soft skills, self-advocacy, and workplace know-how to ensure they succeed both on the job and in life.

• Make an Impact: Work within our transformative Community Employment and Training program, designed to create meaningful vocational opportunities for individuals with disabilities

Who You Are:

• A compassionate game-changer with a knack for inspiring and motivating others.

• Experienced in working with individuals with disabilities (bonus points for job development or coaching experience!).

• Knowledgeable about disability rights, accommodations, and workplace inclusion.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour
