Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Employment-Vocational Specialist to assist individuals with disabilities in overcoming employment challenges and achieving their vocational goals. In this role, you’ll develop personalized plans, provide job coaching, and collaborate with community partners to help clients succeed in the workforce.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Counseling, Social Work, or related field OR 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or completion of Supported Employment Training within 90 days.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping individuals with disabilities achieve employment success.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify client vocational needs.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide job coaching and support for clients entering the workforce.
• Collaborate with service providers and employers for comprehensive client support.
• Monitor and document client progress.
• Participate in outreach, advocacy, and community-building efforts.

 Travel Requirements:

• Frequent local travel within Kentucky, mileage reimbursed.
