A rapidly growing EMS company is seeking a driven and experienced individual for a Director level position. This person will have day-to-day operational responsibility for a multi-state EMS organization currently transporting nearly 20,000 patients per year. Our systems, vehicles and equipment are state-of-the-art.

Highlights of the successful candidate would be:
Experience in multi-state oversight of 911 and transfer contracts.
Responsibility for fiscal success.
Proven focus on customer engagement and commitment to service.
Complete understanding and experience of field operations and high-level EMS performance.
Must have the ability to grow and nurture a team across geographic boundaries.
Have experience at satisfying the demands of health care organizations as well as municipal and governmental stakeholders.
Be willing to relocate to the Midwest (South).
Willing to travel as needed
