We are seeking a skilled Encompass Developer with experience in the mortgage industry to manage and optimize the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will develop custom solutions, maintain business rules, and support end-to-end automation within the mortgage loan processing lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain the Encompass LOS platform, including business rules, input forms, custom fields, personas, and workflow automation. 
• Collaborate with business analysts, loan officers, processors, and underwriters to gather requirements and design solutions. 
• Design and implement custom plugins, SDK solutions, and API integrations with third-party systems. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Encompass configuration and performance. 
• Manage Encompass updates, testing, and version control. 
• Maintain compliance with changing regulatory requirements through system configuration and updates. 
• Provide end-user support and training related to system changes and enhancements. 
• Document technical changes, processes, and solutions clearly and accurately.

• 3+ years of experience working with Encompass in a development or administration role. 
• Proficient in Encompass SDK, Encompass APIs, .NET (C#), VBScript, and custom plugin development. 
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan origination process. 
• Experience in designing and maintaining business rules, field calculations, and automation. 
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
