Insight Global is seeking an End User Support tech for one of our clients. This role includes providing technical support for end users as well as field techs.
Pay rate range: 20/hr-40/hr

Skills and Requirements
1. Ability to solve basic to intermediate level tickets with minimal help from senior team members.
2. Basic to intermediate level Office 365 administration
3. Basic to intermediate level Active Directory administration (Azure & On-Prem)
4. Basic understanding of AV systems configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
5. Ability and willingness to work outside in all types of weather
6. Ability and willingness to work safely at heights through the use of ladders and lifts
7. Clear understanding of shift work and willingness to participate in on-call rotations
8. Clean driving record with the ability and willingness to do a moderate to significant amount of travel throughout the year null
