Overview

The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board -Certified/Board -Eligible Endocrinologist to join a newly established Endocrinology service line. This is a hospital -employed opportunity to help build and grow a high -demand program with strong system support and long -term earning potential.

• Solo practice initially, with planned growth to a two -physician service line
  

• 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
  

• Integrated EPIC EMR and strong clinical support staff
  

• Call schedule: 1:3
  

• PSLF eligible and J -1 Visa Sponsorship available
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $325,000 guaranteed salary (first 12 months)
  

• Sign -on bonus: $36,000 -$50,000 
  

• Quality bonus up to 2.5%
  

• $15,000 relocation allowance
