Endocrinologist Needed/30 minutes south of Chicago, Illinois in Indiana

• Flexible Outpatient Schedule: Monday through Friday.
  
• Patient Volume: Average of 15 -20 outpatients per day.
  
• Inpatient Consultations: Conducted at our newly built, state -of -the -art hospital.
  
• Inpatient Rounding: 1 -2 times per week.
  
• Support Team: Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietician on -site.
  
• EMR System: Utilize EPIC for efficient patient management.
  
• Common Diagnoses:
  
  • Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
    
  • Insulin pumps and CGM management
    
  • Primary Hyperparathyroidism
    
  • Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism
    
  • Thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer
    
  • Hypogonadism
    
  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
    
  • Pituitary -Adrenal Disorders
    

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Endocrinology
  
• Active Physician License or eligibility to obtain one.
  
• Commitment to high -quality patient care and effective teamwork.
