Essential Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex endocrine conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic diseases
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Provide comprehensive patient education and preventive care guidance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise clinical support staff and contribute to practice growth

Required Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current New York State RN and NP licenses
• Board Certification in Adult or Family Practice
• Specialized training in Endocrinology
• Current BLS certification
• Proven experience with EMR systems
