Endoscopy Technician - Endoscopy - Days - PT+20

Job Summary:
Provides technical support for endoscopy procedures by ensuring that all equipment and supplies are operational and available for the procedure. Assists physicians and endoscopy nurses with performance of endoscopic procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Licensure: N/A

Experience: None

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Knowledge of endoscopy and/or surgical procedures, instruments, and techniques. Basic computer skills and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree or other post high school education.

Licensure: N/A

Experience: 2 years of work related experience in a healthcare setting.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Proficient knowledge of inventory control processes. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational skills.
