Qualifications We're Seeking in an Energy Outreach Representative

• No experience? No worries, we’ll train you faster than you can say “photovoltaic panel.”
• High school diploma or GED required; college courses or degrees in Business, Marketing, or Communications earn bonus points.
• You talk, people listen—clear, friendly, and easygoing vibes only.
• A smile that doesn’t quit and the confidence to strike up conversations with anyone (even with the neighbor’s cat about their carbon footprint).
• Self-starter vibes: you’re comfortable flying solo in the field but always game for team wins.
• Quick learner with curiosity turned up to eleven, you ask questions, take notes, and absorb info like a sponge for solar facts.
• Reliable, punctual, and not the type to ghost on Monday mornings when there are neighborhoods to empower.
• Agile-minded and ready to pivot when strategies shift (bonus points if you can dance, too, while explaining net metering).
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S., and willing to bring good energy.
