Engagement / Activities Coordinator - Urgent Role

Our Engagement Coordinators play a critical role in resident services. A sparkling, outgoing personality is key in delivering activities and programming to community residents. From on-site clubs and activites to off-site lunches and shopping - you'll be in the middle of it all!

As a Vitality Engagement expert, you will 

• Accompany residents on scheduled outings or to various appointments.
• Participate in the development of monthly engagement calendars and daily engagement schedules with Memory Care Director or Engagement Director.
• Create engagement for residents based on their preferences, experiences, and lifelong interests.
• Participate in planning special events, parties, and larger events for the entire community, in conjunction with other team members.
• Facilitate the completion of resident life journals.
• And much more!
