The Role

EliseAI is hiring Engagement Leads (5+ years in accounting software implementation and customer management) to deploy its back-office accounting products to enterprise customers. You will be a forward-deployed accountant, part consultant and part implementation expert, helping customers scope, configure and launch financial automation at startup speed.

What You Will Do

• Manage customer engagements end to end with CFOs and finance teams deploying accounting and ERP products.
• Scope customer workflows and configure EliseAI's accounting software to fit.
• Own pre-sales and post-sales work for accounting products (GL, AP, AR, payroll, payments).
• Explain complex accounting and technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Move fast, take ownership and build processes from scratch.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of ERP or accounting software implementation (for example, Finance Transformation at a Big 4 firm, or at an accounting/ERP startup)
• Strong understanding of back-office accounting: GL, reconciliations, month-end close, AP/AR
• Proven customer management with senior finance stakeholders
• A builder mindset that does not need heavy structure
• Willingness to work on-site in NYC 4-5 days a week

REVENUE: 21.25% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $34K-$49K; 5 seat(s) = up to $207K if all filled.
