Engagement Manager

ClearView Healthcare Partners, LLC seeks Life Science Engagement Managers in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and objectives


• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.


• Provide thought partnership and support to the project team.


• Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach.


• Complete primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights.


• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making.

Position will supervise 4 to 5 subordinates in positions of Analyst, Senior Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Neuroscience, Biology, Pre-med, Biotechnology, or a related field


• Requires 4 years of related experience
  
  
  
  • 3 years of experience with leading all aspects of a project with limited oversight
  
  
  • 2 years of experience with project management and raising issues to leadership early, designing impactful internal and external agendas and meeting cadence
  
  
  • 1 year of experience with the following
    
    
    
    • Managing 2-3 variable projects at a time
    
    
    • Elevating quality, clarity and simplicity of team output with early and clear direction, hypothesis-based thinking, simplification of storylines, impact of visuals, and pithiness of writing
    
    
    • Creating positive experiences for teams and investing in a relationship within and outside of the project setting
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Ability to work 40 hours/week

Pay range is $160,000 - $190,000 per year
