🔧 What You’ll Build & Deliver

• Blueprint to roar – spec components, clearances, and tolerances to hit precise power, durability, and emissions targets.

• Tear down & verify – disassemble, measure, and inspect every critical surface; diagnose wear patterns and failure modes.

• Assemble with surgical precision – balance rotating assemblies, set ring gaps, torque to spec, and document every step.

• Tune & validate – operate dynamometers, execute break-in and power pulls, and refine calibration for peak output.

• Engineer solutions – analyze root causes, propose design tweaks or machining fixes, and loop findings back to the R&D team.

• Own the project lifecycle – plan work, track hours and parts, maintain build sheets, and support invoicing accuracy.

• Elevate the craft – use engine-simulation tools, data loggers, and RacePak (or similar) software to push innovation forward.

🎓 What Puts You in the Fast Lane

• Proven track record building high-performance gasoline, diesel, or alternative-fuel engines.

• Mastery of precision measurement, blueprint specs, and failure diagnosis.

• Hands-on experience with dyno operation, basic tuning, and data acquisition.

• Machining, fabrication, or welding skills (CNC/programming a plus).

• Engine-simulation or modeling software familiarity valued.

• High attention to detail, rock-solid organization, and strict commitment to quality & confidentiality.

• Computer prowess: email, file management, Excel; bonus for calibration or RacePak software experience.

• Personal set of professional hand tools in a rolling box.
