🔧 What You’ll Tackle

• Build & break boundaries – assemble, disassemble, and inspect cutting-edge gasoline and diesel engines for R&D and endurance programs.

• Own the test bay – rig fuel, cooling, exhaust, sensors, and data links so every run starts flawless.

• Prove the numbers – perform compression, leak-down, oil-pressure, and other functional tests; log results with lab-grade precision.

• Fix fast, verify faster – pinpoint root causes, execute repairs, and confirm the cure under deadline pressure.

• Lock in safety & order – keep your workstation impeccable and adhere to every lab protocol.

• Level-up to dyno hero – shadow senior Dyno Techs on calibration, control software, and test-cell procedures—your launchpad to a full Dyno Technician career.

🎓 What Puts You in Pole Position

• 2+ years wrenching on gasoline or diesel engines (performance shop, dealership, racing pit, military motor pool—your experience counts).

• Command of engine fundamentals: timing, fuel/air, lube, cooling, electrical.

• Fluent in service manuals, wiring diagrams, and basic schematics.

• Skilled with hand tools, torque specs, micrometers, and precision gauges.

• Clear communicator, meticulous record-keeper, and committed team player.

• Flexibility for occasional off-shift or weekend runs when the test schedule calls.

• Bonus horsepower: dyno exposure, welding/fab chops, or CAN-bus data-logging know-how.
