Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

· Design all facets of RV's and create necessary prints and documentation.  

· Assist with new floor plans from concept to completion

· Work effectively and establish a good working relationship with production, purchasing, sales, and customer care.

· Update and maintain prints

· Work with vendors on new and current designs

Requirements

Brinkley RV is looking for a candidate who embodies a team first approach that can effectively communicate with others on the engineering team as well as production, purchasing, vendors, and customer care.  A positive attitude and attention to detail is a must!  A degree is preferred but not required.  RV industry knowledge is a plus, but we want a candidate who is eager to learn, is organized, and flexible with the variety of daily tasks that are assigned to them. Knowledge of Microsoft and NetSuite is also a plus but not required. Must be proficient with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD systems, prior experience with AutoCAD is also a plus.
