Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of building exteriors and interiors. This role involves performing routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks in accordance with established service levels and regulatory standards.
Pay: $27.00- $30.00
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure no safety or security hazards arise from the condition of exterior structures or surface assets.
Immediately identify and correct any safety or security hazards related to exterior structures and surfaces.
Meet reactive maintenance response and completion times as outlined in the “Priority and Response Time Matrix.”
Maintain components to be structurally sound, secure, weatherproofed, free from damp penetration, and clear of debris.
Display proper signage during all repair activities.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and functional standard of appearance across all assigned areas.
Inspect, repair, and maintain carpeting, walls, and ceiling tiles, including office areas, in line with service level agreements.
Perform immediate repairs where there is a risk to safety, security, or potential water damage.
Replace hardware with components of similar quality, adhering to company standards.
Follow all safety precautions for personnel and building areas during repairs.
Dispose of all debris and old parts according to site procedures.
Ensure all repairs comply with regulatory standards.
Perform tasks using qualified and trained personnel.
Maintain accessible, complete, and accurate permit/regulatory and inspection records.
Ensure compliance with permit/regulatory conditions during inspections and audits.
Provide documented evidence of equipment inspections.
Deliver minor plumbing services for toilets, urinals, and sinks in non-production areas.
Perform painting services as part of building maintenance.
Conduct general interior maintenance and handyman services.
Respond to incidental customer requests such as picture hanging, touch-up painting, and seasonal decorations.
Provide locksmith services, including:
Maintenance, repair, replacement, and rekeying of door and furniture cabinet locks.
Responding to lockout requests within buildings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices.
Ability to work independently and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.
