▶︎ Position Overview:
This project involves upgrading the company's IT infrastructure and migrating to Azure VDI due to the upcoming end of life (EOL) of Windows 10 in October 2025. The engineer will be responsible for setting up laptops, configuring the VDI environment, supporting the migration, and providing ongoing user support. The role requires technical expertise across multiple stages of the project, including setup, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

▶︎ What will you do:
• Create and test laptop images to meet company standards and perform quality checks  
• Set up and configure Azure VDI environment, including performance testing and migration support  
• Configure and deploy laptops, including imaging and asset tracking  
• Provide user support for VDI and laptops, troubleshoot issues, and create user guides  
• Document setup processes, create troubleshooting materials, and collaborate with team members  

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience with Azure VDI, VMware Horizon, or other VDI technologies  
• Practical experience in Windows OS, network administration, and VM management  
• Experience in creating, deploying, and managing system images  
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills  
• Experience with documentation, guide creation, and procedural manuals
