Engineer I

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer I to support our maintenance and operational needs, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in routine maintenance and repair of resort facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems

- Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues promptly

- Support the installation and upgrade of equipment and infrastructure

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders

- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure safety standards and compliance are met

- Respond to guest requests and work orders efficiently and professionally

- Participate in preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude

- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
