Position Overview:
Provides advanced engineering expertise and leadership in project planning, design, and technical problem solving. Guides junior engineers and supports complex engineering projects.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and engineering problem-solving efforts  
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff  
• Review and approve technical documentation  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project execution  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years of relevant experience; OR  
• Master’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience  

Work Environment:

• Combination of office, lab, and field settings  
• Team collaboration and independent technical work
