Job Description - Engineer II, Full Stack (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Bellese Technologies. We are currently looking for an Engineer II, Full Stack in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-driven healthcare technology solutions that directly impact public health outcomes. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack systems that support critical programs used by hospitals nationwide. The position emphasizes both backend and frontend development, system optimization, and data integrity, within a collaborative, remote-first environment. Your work will enable providers to focus on patient care while improving operational efficiency and reducing complexity. The role balances technical proficiency, problem-solving, and adherence to software engineering best practices while actively supporting the growth and success of the broader engineering team.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs, leveraging test-driven development practices.

·         Design, implement, and optimize data interactions for performance, scalability, and security.

·         Build and maintain user interfaces that meet customer needs, informed by UX design principles.

·         Contribute to functional and non-functional automated testing suites to ensure code quality.

·         Collaborate on API specifications, data models, and integration with frontend applications and third-party systems.

·         Support team members by sharing knowledge, guidance, and proactive assistance to ensure project success.

·         Follow engineering processes to deliver consistent, high-quality features while reducing technical debt.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 3 years of software development experience.

·         Proficiency in Golang and Angular frameworks.

·         Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

·         Strong SQL skills and understanding of database design and data modeling.

·         Knowledge of software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and best practices.

·         Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·         Ability to write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.

·         U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

·         Competitive salary range: $108,700 – $125,300 USD per year.
