Engineer II, OMS - Get Hired Fast

Engineer II, OMS sought by Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. 40 hrs./wk. Duties: Utilize SQL & Microsoft Access skills to extract data efficiently & accurately from complex Supply Chain/Logistics systems & business database applications, such as JDA AS400, Manhattan Warehouse Management, Manhattan Order Management; Develop, maintain, & continuously improve Logistics metrics, scorecards, & business intelligence reporting; Collaborate with team to ensure they complete related tasks on-time & accurately, as well as assist with problem solving as needed; Create optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs; Assess feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards. Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures; Designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products; Write production-ready and testable code; Create optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/ context affected when defining technical designs.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or foreign equivalent. Requires 2 years of experience working in software engineering, software development, or a related position. Requires 2 years of working experience in or with the following: Order management; Delivering applications; Building API services with popular frameworks and standards; Object-oriented designing and programming concepts, core Java concepts, and multithreaded programming; Large scale applications, production rollouts, monitoring and debugging live issues; Test automation.
