This outstanding opportunity allows you to apply your expertise to drive outstanding operational efficiency and deliver flawless results that compete on a world-class level!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize Fab processes and eliminate inefficiencies, with a focus on automated production movement systems.\n * Collaborate with Fab Operations, IT, and cross\u2011functional Operations Improvement teams (Automation, Scheduling, Applications) to deliver scalable, high\u2011impact automation solutions\n * Define and deliver a decision\u2011support and workflow automation framework that blends human expertise with analytics and AI/ML.\n * Partner with management to deliver data analysis, advanced production web reports, and applications that improve production metrics.\n * Build and lead automation projects that eliminate manual operations tasks, reducing effort, shortening cycle time, accelerating root\u2011cause analysis, and improving decision quality.\n * Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations, and report any safety-related concerns immediately.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * MS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Computer Science, Data Science, or a BS degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n * Understanding of core database management methods, covering both relational (SQL, Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data stores.\n * Proven ability to plan, drive, and complete projects effectively.\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex analysis succinctly.\n * Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving.\n * Understanding of Manufacturing Science including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.\n * Working knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, C#, Perl, Python.
