Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing and electrical components

- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty plumbing fixtures, wiring, switches, and outlets

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system conditions

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards

- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate repairs and upgrades

- Assist in the planning and implementation of maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Skills and Qualifications:
