Overview of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transmission projects from early-stage development through project award
• Collaborate with Early-Stage Project Managers to define project requirements and scope
• Secure and manage engineering consulting, surveying, and geotechnical resources
• Ensure high-quality deliverables including design criteria, bid packages, and assessments
• Represent internal and external interests through presentations and management briefings
• Resolve project constraints and mitigate risks across complex transmission initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience
• Professional Engineering certification strongly preferred
• Experience with competitive transmission proposals
• Commercial/competitive mindset with value engineering expertise
• HVDC transmission experience
• EHV overhead transmission experience (500kV+)
• Underground or submarine cable experience
• Strong project management and communication skills
