Engineer / Principal Engineer Systems

Performs total systems requirements analysis Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies Supports system requirements development, management, analysis, and traceability, to translate customer requirements and CONOPS into systems requirements. Supports Request for Proposal responses and Basis of Estimate development and submissions Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 2 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 0 year of related professional/military experience. Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 5 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 3 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 1 year of related professional/military experience. Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment Must have experience in DOORs or other Requirements Management tools Must have experience presenting technical approaches and content to leadership Must have experience communicating effectively and clearly presenting technical approaches and findings at technical and program reviews and boards An active, In-scope DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance Previous or existing Program Access Request (PAR) Experience with proposals and developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) Experience with Agile / Scrum Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira/Confluence) Experience with Software development methodologies
