This individual will work closely with their manager to meet the needs of Medline's internal and external customers. The position is focused on creating a realistic picture of what it is like to work at Medline.   We are seeking a driven, creative and hard-working individual with the desire to learn about and contribute to Medline's success.
 

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Data Management

• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data (e.g., production costs, flow charts, production schedules) to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and resource optimization.

• Develop and/or enhance computer-based tools, programs, or dashboards to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data generation and reporting.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

• Conduct engineering studies including:

◦ Time studies

◦ Process waste evaluations

◦ Value stream mapping

◦ Efficiency and productivity analysis

◦ Control charts and statistical analysis

• Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve flow,

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED

The anticipated salary range for this position:

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
