Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Engineer Technical Support-Base Operations and Maintenance Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities repair and renovation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project development by preparing Performance Work Statements for sustainment and repair issues at 81st RD facilities, adhering to applicable guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Performance Work Statements for sustainment and repair issues in accordance with 81st RD and Army Reserve guidelines.

- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate data collection.

- Conduct field surveys for project development, requiring travel up to 20%.

- Verify drawings against existing conditions to ensure accuracy.
