What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this position is to support engineering operations, data maintenance, and other administrative functions within Engineering.

What We’re Looking For:
- Prepare agendas and supporting documentation for ECM (Engineering Change Management) meetings.
- Facilitate ECM meetings and track action items and follow-ups.
- Support ID label corrections and engineering documentation updates.
- Generate 3D models (STEP) files from SolidWorks and Solid Edge models for internal and supplier use.
- Test internal Engineering software (Heatcher) limitations and collect information to support system improvements.
- Verify that drawings and other SAP engineering data are properly released and accessible as part of the ECM and project kickoff processes.
- Perform analysis and manage associated tasks to support various engineering and design initiatives.
- Creation of Purchase Requisitions (PRN) to support Testing and Validation needs.
- Internal logistics for purchased parts and cooler sample production.
- Management of Test Requests within Global database and other administrative tasks, as identified.
- Excellent communication abilities
- High organizational skills with close attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience reading engineering drawings, BOMs and 3-D models.
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for engineering data or BOM management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate engineering records.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Experience with engineering change management processes (preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools (preferred).
- Experience working with fabricated components or mechanical assemblies (preferred).
- Exposure to product data management (PDM) systems (preferred).
- Experience with a production environment (preferred).
