Position: Engineering Assistant Supervisor

Location: Coeur d’Alene Resort

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Wage: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

We’re hiring an Engineering Assistant Supervisor to help lead our maintenance team in keeping the Coeur d’Alene Resort running smoothly and safely. This role supports the Engineering Supervisor in overseeing daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planning and prioritizing maintenance work across the property
• Respond to service calls and manage repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Support team training and safety protocols
• Help coordinate with outside vendors when needed
• Step in as a lead when the Engineering Supervisor is off-site

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 5 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial or hospitality setting
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Someone who’s confident using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player who can also work independently and stay calm under pressure

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable working on ladders and in tight spaces
• Must be able to work the required shift: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous supervisory or lead experience is a plus but not required
