Job Description - Engineering Document Coordinator
We are working with a major client looking to hire an
Engineering Document Coordinator
on a long-term contract basis located in
Eunice, New Mexico
starting ASAP!
The Engineering Document Coordinator will report to the Systems Engineering Manager and will be primarily responsible for processing documentation within the company's Engineering & Projects Department.
Location: Eunice, NM
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Must be a US Citizen
Pay: DOE
Working a 9/80 schedule This means that within a 2-week work period, full-time employees are expected to work 9 hours per day Monday-Thursday both weeks, 8 hours on Friday during week 1, and no hours on Friday during week 2. This work schedule is subject to change with advance notice (2 weeks) by the company.
Job Responsibilities:
The Engineering Document Coordinator will be supporting their procurement engineering team with engineering change orders and other project document managment and reporting. Ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, proactive, able to multitask, and be a good communicator
Process project engineering documents for projects within their document control systems.
Must have intermedidate to Advanced MS office suite and knowledge of SAP systems.
The Engineering Document Coordinator is expected to follow applicable procedures for completing job duties.
Pre-employment requirments:
A background check, drug test, finger printing and initial general employee training are required to obtain badge access to the site.
