Engineering Manager

A parts manufacturing company in the west suburbs of Chicago is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee manufacturing processes and ensure precise product build quality. This role will lead future projects in close collaboration with management and the production team and serve as a liaison with Engineering and QA teams at the company headquarters.

A Bachelor’s degree is required (Engineering or a technical field preferred). Candidates should have 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role in Production and/or Quality Assurance. Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 and 14001), experience with metal fabrication testing and measuring equipment, and strong Excel skills for production and quality data analysis are required. Strong project management, leadership, and team development skills are essential.
