Engineering Manager

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics
  
• 10 or more years of experience in product design and development required.
  
• Solid knowledge of SPICE, EM / Magnetic simulation, and circuit analysis
  
• Automotive products experience, such as Speed, Position sensors and Controls
  
• 3 or more years of management experience preferred.
  
• Extensive experience in electrical design, preferably in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sensor technologies.
  
• Experience in managing a Validation Lab, including test equipment selection, maintenance, and calibration strongly desired.
  
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems, such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 26262 and familiarity with automotive OEM requirements.
  
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
  

• Lead and manage a team of electrical design engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
  
• Complete electrical design process, from quoting to concept development to product launch
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders (product management, mechanical design, operations, purchasing)
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
