Engineering Manager

to join our team!
In this role, you will lead the engineering function for the company.
Duties
Lead, develop, and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance and coaching.
Oversee the development of custom designs and manufacturing drawings in accordance with project requirements, customer specification, and industry standards.
Work with senior level management to design and develop new products to launch to market.
Oversee the translation of designs to the company’s ERP system.
Collaborate with leadership to align business strategy with department objectives and set priorities within your team.
Communicate technical designs, plans, ideas, etc. thoughtfully, concisely, and accurately both to your team and to external stakeholders.
Set the technical vision for your team and empower your team to deliver.
Find opportunities to improve tooling, processes, and solutions.
Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience required
5 or more years of experience leading engineering projects and teams
5 or more years of experience in Autodesk Inventor or similar design software. Experience with managing PDM software is preferred
3 or more years of experience using an ERP system for engineering functions
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills
