Compensation package includes:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. If you are someone who enjoys leading and mentoring a team of engineers, and who consistently models the accountability and humility that define our culture, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
As our Engineering Manager, you’ll serve as both a strategist and a mentor—guiding our engineering team and partnering across the business to create custom deliverables that exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of mechanical engineers
Leading performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and professional growth planning
Optimizing engineering workflows to increase throughput, reduce waste, and streamline handoffs with production teams
Troubleshooting design issues with an analytical, solutions-oriented approach
Owning the Engineering group’s performance indicators and budget
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who can thoughtfully bring the efficiency, effectiveness, and drive needed to help our growing $15 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.
You should have:
10+ years of combined experience in design engineering
Deep understanding of machining and related manufacturing processes
Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing design or production challenges
A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills including the ability to hold others accountable
Ability to guide engineers through concept development, 3D modeling, prints, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews
A mindset focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and cost savings
Demonstrated SolidWorks experience and fluency
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) is preferred.
