What You’ll Get to Do
The Engineering Manager oversees an entire Engineering Group, ensuring efficient operations, on-time project delivery, and strict adherence to engineering and project specifications. This leadership role balances people management, technical supervision, and process improvement to drive overall team performance.

Job responsibilities include:

• Supervise and develop engineering staff through mentoring, training, and performance management


• Foster engagement and trust to strengthen team cohesion and retention.

• Plan, schedule, and allocate work for all ongoing projects.


• Monitor performance metrics (productivity and on-time delivery).


• Ensure consistent adherence to company and project procedures.


• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to optimize project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in engineering management within a manufacturing setting.


• Minimum of 3 years in fabrication, submission applications, or design.


• Proficient in AutoCAD (intermediate to advanced) 


• Knowledge of fabrication and field erection methods.


• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.


• Strong communication and teamwork.


• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
