Business Unit/Department: Engineering

Location: Lawrence, PA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and development of the Qual-Tech Engineering Team
• Responsible for the fiscal health of the business unit
• Overall responsibility for delivering positive customer outcomes for the Qual-Tech customer base
• Subject Matter Expert for Qual-Tech’s core service offerings
• Work with Sales and HR to positively grow both top line revenue and net income results for Qual-Tech 
• Develop and present capability overviews for internal and external customers

Success Factors: 

• Production of technically accurate reports that meet customer requirements and project schedules
• Develop onboarding and development plan for new Qual-Tech employees
• Overall growth of Qual-Tech revenue and net income

       o Partnering with ECI Sales groups 

       o Leveraging existing ECI customer base

       o Supporting sales pursuits with SME Expertise

       o Partner with HR to identify and select Qual-Tech employees

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
• Deep technical expertise in HV/MV/LV Power Systems, Short Circuit Calculations, Overcurrent Coordination, Arc Flash Analysis, Digital Relay Programming, Harmonic Analysis, Load Flow Calculations, and Stability Analysis
• Must possess 2 or more years of prior leadership experience
• Must have strong organizational skills
