## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm Technologies, Inc.\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group \u003e Engineering Operations\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nResponsibilities Include:\n\n\u00b7 Manage hardware demand for organizations through efficient collaboration and coordination across multiple development sites and cross-functional departments/teams.\n\n\u00b7 Negotiate demand from engineering leads, provide a consolidated report and analytical justification for budget approval.\n\n\u00b7 Analyze supply to identify and resolve shortages and broadcast appropriate notifications to engineering leads.\n\n\u00b7 Generate hardware related reports using a variety of tools for input and output.\n\n\u00b7 Develop scripts/tools that automate the consolidation of demand, generate reports, and publish accurate dashboards.\n\n\u00b7 Identify process improvements and implement/drive efficiency enhancements.\n\n\u00b7 Develop pertinent program indicators to push information to internal teams and management.\n\n\u00b7 Understand project constraints, consolidate these challenges and then recommend solutions.\n\n\u00b7 Identify technology teams impacted by silicon, hardware board layout, and/or software changes as well as collaborates with them to adjust their hardware accordingly.\n\n\u00b7 Represent engineering in weekly supply meetings to provide technical justification for driving builds on certain configurations.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. \nOR \nAssociate\u0027s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience. \nOR \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\u00b7 Master\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n\u00b7 PMP Certification.\n\n\u00b7 5+ year of experience with technical project management including managing resources, mitigating risk, etc.\n\n\u00b7 5+ year of experience with business metrics such as customer support tickets, KPIs, etc.\n\n\u00b7 5+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.\n\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities: \n\u2022 Participates in the development or improvement of tools and processes to increase efficiency. \n\u2022 Participates in training development. \n\u2022 Collects, analyzes, and consolidates metrics data. \n\u2022 Compiles and organizes budget and project information needed to develop budgets. \n\u2022 Participates in the tracking and compiling of engineering expenses and timelines against budgets. \n\u2022 Participates in creating budget reports quarterly or as needed.\n\nQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
