Engineering Project Manager - Hiring Immediately

Direct hire opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager.

Looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee all aspects of project design validation for the FEL-Process. This role will involve managing the design and validation process for CAPEX projects above $1 million, including medium and high complexity projects, as well as selected smaller projects requiring engineering coordination and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design validation process for all CAPEX projects within the FEL-Process framework.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct reviews and assessments of project designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the development of project specifications, scope of work, and engineering deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project design and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in designing and constructing industrial plants, with a focus on project management and engineering design validation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing medium to high complexity projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
