Job Title: Engineering Solutions Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90-$110k

Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Engineering Solutions Specialist to support both technical and commercial efforts for complex manufactured products and custom-engineered solutions. This role works closely with customers to understand project requirements, develop tailored solutions, and help guide projects from concept through production. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present technical quotes, proposals, and product configurations
Develop drawings, cut sheets, and supporting technical documentation
Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and feasible designs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams
Support project execution to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction
Participate in product and industry training to stay current on systems and standards
Apply relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or power systems
STRONG interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage relationships and collaborate across teams
Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Excel preferred
Eagerness to continue learning technical products and sales processes
