About the Position:
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for supporting all departments with any maintenance requests that may include but is not limited to the HVAC system, Kitchen/laundry equipment, and Pools/spas. This also includes conducting routine maintenance for all client rooms.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing maintenance staff while the Chief Engineer is not on property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general maintenance tasks for facility buildings and grounds.
• HVAC filters and maintenance
• Assist with network wiring.
• Light construction including plumbing, carpentry, wall patching and painting.
• Basic operation of the HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Door Control and Plumbing systems in each building
• Offsite pickup of parts and supplies
• Assist with pools/spas/float/fish tank Maintenance.
• Courier for delivering supplies and mail.
• Snow removal
• Minor maintenance on kitchen equipment.
• Assist with building furniture and moving furniture for employee moves.
• Check and secure buildings.
• Works in close relationship with All Points North staff in general.

Requirements

• Certificate in the maintenance of pools and spas.
• Advanced knowledge of the building
• Good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.

Education: This position requires a high school education or equivalent.

Experience:  Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Engineering industry including but not limited to construction, plumbing, carpentry, electrical engineering, HVAC, and mechanical systems. 

Special Skills & Knowledge:  Extensive knowledge of structural building codes and excellent ability to maintain emergency plans and procedures.
