Key Responsibilities\n\nPerforms routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions and activities including design, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting and assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models, specialized test equipment, tools, and test fixtures.\n\nMay test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level issues in electrical and mechanical systems and subsystems. May perform new systems and NPI installations and field upgrades.\n\nWorks from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions, layouts, or plans to perform routine testing and troubleshooting.\n\nCompiles logbooks and test procedure documentation utilizing strong written communication skills.\n\nMay perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum and process testing on AMAT platforms in accordance with Engineering and Manufacturing documentation and specifications.\n\nObserves all safety standards and maintains a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follow safety and security policies, procedures, and practices. Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to a supervisor or the Safety department. Follows operating instructions, uses required protective equipment, and handles equipment and materials properly. Actively works to prevent accidents and injuries.\n\nBecome familiar with current manufacturing and/or engineering processes and remain informed of any procedural changes. Assists in the correction of problems.\n\nMay perform rework resulting from testing activities and generate Quality Notifications as required.\n\nOther Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces: bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling and reaching; climbing stairs and ladders; lifting; the ability to distinguish between colors; working in an environment with elevated noise levels that may be challenging for individuals sensitive to noise; and driving or operating heavy machinery, including forklifts.\n\nAdditionally, because this position may involve working in a cleanroom environment, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields - may be required.\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * T1 \\- Applies basic analytical skills or scientific methods or operational processes to perform straightforward activities\n * T2 - Has developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities \n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Has good understanding of how the team integrates with others\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * Has no supervisory responsibilities\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * T1 \\- Uses standard operating procedures or scientific methods to guide own work and solve standard problems\n * T2 - Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts the quality of own work\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Uses communication skills to exchange of information \n\n\n\nLevel will be determined based on candidate experience and qualifications.\n\nEducation\n\n * T1 - Associates Degree, \u003c1 Year of experience\n * T2 - Associates Degree, 1-2 Years of experience\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nAssociate\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n1 - 2 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n11-Day 10-Hr CWW, Non-CA/CE (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nNo\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$21.50 - $29.20\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
