Engineering Technologist

Position Summary:

JGMS is seeking a qualified Engineering Technologist to join our team. Qualified candidates will have 10 plus years of relevant experience supporting work scope and facility infrastructure operations in a laboratory setting. This position is full-time and required to be on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Able to determine the work scope and schedule of facility operations to each test facility in the lab
• Integrating plans with other infrastructure work required to keep the test facilities operational, maintained, and in support of all project needs
• Other responsibilities receiving deliveries to the lab, making procurements, and routine building inspections

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with maintaining a Process Coolant Water (PCW) system
• Experience with vertical storage systems and scheduled maintenance
• Ability to coordinate schedules to implement mechanical and electrical tasks

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of performing Lockout/Tagouts (LOTOS) per OSHA 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910.147
• Ability to work in a high constrained work environment

Security Clearance:

The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L Security Clearance is required.

Background Check and Screenings:
