ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Product grading and packaging - Identify and pack product Into trays or saddle pack that meets product specification
2. Salvaging - Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, Damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor.

2. Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.

3. Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.

4. Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 Ibs required.

5. Rotation into all positions on the enhance line is required.
