Job Overview
Mariani Landscape is seeking a motivated and skilled Enhancements Crew Member to join our team. This role focuses on transforming existing landscapes and implementing new designs, requiring a strong understanding of planting, hardscaping, and other enhancement techniques. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities and Duties
o Install of plant material like planting trees, shrubs, flowers.
o Bed preparation and maintenance like weeding, edging, mulching, and fertilizing.
o Assist with the construction of patios, and other hardscape features using various materials such as pavers, stone, and concrete.
o Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
o Collaborate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
o Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
o At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper. Specific experience in enhancement projects is a plus.
o Knowledge of plant identification and proper planting techniques.
o Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
o Understanding of landscaping principles and techniques
o Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
o High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.
