✅ Take Charge of Tax Resolution Cases – Negotiate with the IRS to release levies, set up settlements, and establish payment plans.
✅ Conduct Deep-Dive Tax Investigations – Analyze IRS account transcripts, wage reports, and income records.
✅ Craft Winning Tax Strategies – Implement Offer in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Lien Releases, and Fresh Start Programs.
✅ Communicate Directly with the IRS – Use your negotiation skills to advocate for the best client resolutions.
✅ Assess Financials & Tax Relief Eligibility – Review client financials to create strategic tax solutions.
✅ Manage a High-Volume Case Pipeline – Stay organized, efficient, and ahead of deadlines.

🔹 Active Enrolled Agent (EA) License – Required!
🔹 3+ Years of Tax Resolution Experience – No beginners here, we need an expert!
🔹 IRS Negotiation & Tax Strategy Expertise – You know the ins and outs of tax relief.
🔹 Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills – You can talk, negotiate, and WIN.
🔹 Deep Knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Programs – You understand tax relief solutions like the back of your hand.
