Position Overview:
We are seeking an Enrolled Agent?with a proven track record in IRS tax resolution to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a knack for creative problem-solving. In this role, you will work directly with clients, negotiate with the IRS, and contribute to shaping the company’s strategy and processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Represent clients in dealings with the IRS, including audits, collections, and appeals. 
• Develop and execute tailored tax resolution strategies, including Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and penalty abatements. 
• Conduct thorough reviews of client tax situations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for resolution. 
• Collaborate with clients to gather documentation, provide updates, and deliver outstanding customer service. 
• Stay current with IRS regulations, tax laws, and resolution programs. 
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and strategies to enhance service delivery. 
• Help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team. 
• Oversee a team of legal assistants and tax preparers. 
• Draft, review, and file state and federal tax returns.

Work Location: In person 

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) designation with good standing. 
• Minimum of 5 (five) experience in IRS tax resolution, with a strong understanding of IRS procedures and tax laws. 
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a startup environment. 
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple clients and projects independently. 
• Passion for helping clients achieve financial peace of mind.
