Job Description - Enrolled Agents

Represent clients directly before the IRS—audits, settlements, negotiations
Secure releases from wage garnishments and bank levies
Develop and file resolution strategies including:
Offer in Compromise (OIC)
Currently Not Collectible (CNC) & Partial Pay Installments
Audit Reconsideration
Lien Subordination & Release
IRS Fresh Start Programs
Pull transcripts and analyze financials to determine the best path forward
Be the trusted voice for clients during one of the toughest times in their lives

Active Enrolled Agent license (required)
1+ years of proven tax resolution or representation experience
Strong working knowledge of IRS programs and processes
Confident communicator who can simplify the complex for clients
Highly organized, detail-focused, and steady under pressure

This isn’t a typical tax office—we work hard, celebrate wins, and grow together.
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8–5 (No weekends)
$30–$40/hour DOE + performance incentives
